The firm is led by Sophia Sarantakos, a CIDESCO Diplome, trained esthetics professional with over two decades of experience across spa operations, professional skincare development, education, and industry leadership.

She currently serves as Global Spa Development & Training Lead for Oxygen Research & Development Inc., representing professional skincare lines at a strategic level and working closely with spa owners navigating an increasingly disciplined market.
