Leadership

Sophia Sarantakos is a CIDESCO-trained esthetics professional with over two decades of experience across spa operations, professional skincare, education, and industry leadership.

​

She currently serves as Global Spa Development & Training Lead for Oxygen Research & Development Inc. and represents professional skincare lines at the strategic level, working closely with spa owners, educators, and solo practitioners navigating an increasingly complex market.

Her work is grounded in clinical understanding and operational reality  guided by the belief that clarity at the back bar determines success everywhere else.
